This frock may be cut from white silk crepe with a fire red silk flower placed at the shoulder for stunning contrast!

The frock may also be cut from crepe-backed silk satin in prints or solids, silk taffetas, faille, silk jacquards and lace. 
The bodice may also be cut to contrast in silk crepe matelasse or crepe.

Our model above is claret silk charmeuse.

4-1/2 yards of 45" wide fabric without nap are required for the size 18 frock and 4-3/4 yards of 45" fabric without nap are required for the size 40 bust.

6-piece pattern in size 18 (36" bust, 30" waist, 39" hip) or size 40 (40" bust, 34" waist, 43" hip).
