E7932; 1956 Petticoats

8-piece pattern originally by Advance, 'Hip-yoked petticoat, waistband, side zipper. (1) Plain petticoat, all one fabric. Optional lining from yoke down. (2) Ruffled version...three wide ruffles, tiered, of novelty edging. (3) Plain petticoat plus two under-petticoats (both under-petticoats have three self-ruffles, tiered). Make each layer in a different color! (4) Petticoat with self-ruffles, three tiers.'

SUGGESTED FABRICS ARE: Crisp Cotton, Permanently finished Organdy, Crinoline. Silk or Synthetic: Faille, Taffeta, Woven or Non-Woven Interfacing.

5/8" seams are given.

Sizes:

Size set A fits 14-20 (26" to 32" waist, 33" to 41" hip).

Size set B fits 40-46 (34" to 40" waist, 43" to 49" hip).
