  Originally by Lutterloh, for a soft and comfortable line, the skirt joins the waist front just above the bust and shirring is created over the waist with an overlay.  Low V-neck is trimmed with lace in the short sleeve frock, and left plain in the long sleeve frock. I am really struck by the VERY unique look she gave this frock by using the true Scottish plaid and contrasting it with the black velveteen.
