8-piece digitally-drafted pattern originally by Beyers Modenblatt, this is a very unique design for which I have written the instruction to accommodate two skill levels of sewing. The first is the original pattern's advice to sew the kimono separately and hand-tack it to the bodice of the gown. The other approach involves cutting the bodice pieces along the kimono placement lines, adding seam allowances and integrating the edges of the kimono into the bodice.
