13-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Simplicity, 'Shirred drapery is one of the newest details to be found on evening dresses. In his case, it is used to emphasize the slenderizing panel in the front of the skirt. Shirring is seen again at the neckline in the front of the blouse. The smart wrap is fashioned after the popular Coolie coat lines'.
1/2" seams are given.
The model is shown in silk/rayon patterned velvet.
Size 16 fits 34" bust, 28" waist, 37" hip.
