This is an original 1945 edition of Simplicity Sewing Book, published by Simplicity Pattern Co., Inc.
Here, you see just a few of the 68 pages (plus index & Table of Contents) all of which are rich in detailed text and illustrations. There is a four-page color spread in the center of the book.

The cover is missing and the images show the condition of the first two and last two sets of pages. The rest of the book is in good condition with some brittleness and intact although the original staples have been removed.

I have included a re-print of the sets of worn pages and I have provided a re-print of the front cover, as well.
