The images in this post show a vintage Persian lamb coat I re-purposed into a stuffed collar for my 1929 Coat from pattern C20-6611. -HOW TO CUT FUR- Trim seam allowances from any pattern pieces to be used for fur pieces.  Lay pattern on pelt side and mark with soft pencil (not shown).  Keep hair going all one way in regard to pattern’s straight of grain if cutting in sections.   4-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Simplicity, has the two sizes listed below on one sheet.  The shorts are pleated at center front and back with halter attached at front. 1/2" seams are given. On the page for this pattern, you will see a photo from a costumer showing this halter top made into a separate blouse and accompanying the wide leg trousers from pattern NL30-1241. When I made my set from this pattern, I did not stitch the halter top to the front of the shorts waistband, as instructed. 21-piece pattern for the wings, corset bodice, flounced skirt, gloves, polonaise and fichu.  5/8" seams are given.This pattern does NOT include pieces for the crinoline or optional bustle pad. I have given recommendation in the yardage chart as to sourcing patterns for these parts. There are also no provisions for the bat headdress.I have rated this pattern advanced as it is very technically challenging. Technical abilities are required in corsetry, mitering double or single bias binding, knife-pleating, armature, draping and glove-making.
